Find out if you qualify for a new investigational drug study in your area.

Clinical research study doctors are testing a new investigational drug for people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). ‘Investigational’ means that the drug is not yet approved or available for use by the public. The study doctors want to learn whether this drug can help treat COPD.

If you take part in the study, you may receive:

Investigational drug for COPD

Study-related care from a local doctor

You may be eligible to participate if you:

  • Are 40 years of age or older
  • Are a current or former smoker living with COPD
  • Take two or more medications for your COPD
  • Have had one or more ‘flare-ups’ of your COPD symptoms in the last year that required treatment or hospitalisation

The study doctor will check other requirements to make sure that you’re eligible to participate.
